AUSTRALIAN BUSH FOOD
The opportunity to explore the fascinating subject of Australian bush food came with the renewal of an existing bush food garden with a group of 7 other volunteers under the auspices on North Sydney Council. The garden is located at the Coal Loader in Waverton Sydney.
The creation of tags for the new plants was a learning catalyst. So much to devour and admire how the Aborigines applied their skills. The results are below and make interesting reading.
